General information about delivery

Ordered products are shipped from our logistic center (in Yokohama, Japan) by courier designated by the customer in principle. All shipments are F.C.A. point of shipment from Chip One Stop warehouse. Customers can select whether to charge their customer shipping account or to charge their Chip One Stop shipping account by paying a prefixed cost at the time of order.

When a product is shipped, a notification of shipment e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
You can track your products’ shipment status using the invoice number included in the e-mail.

Yes. Please specify when ordering.

After logging in, you can confirm/change from your My Page > Shipping information. You can also register a new address by entering the address when placing an order.

The invoice and packing list will be included with the shipment.

We have various stock with suppliers around the worldwide. For this reason, we continually strive to display the latest stock information of our suppliers, but please note that there are unavoidable cases where a product ordered becomes sold out.

Delivery time

The expected shipping date is displayed with each order cutoff time which you can check on your search results. At Chip One Stop, although we strive to meet the expected shipping date, please note that there may be instances where shipping is delayed due to bad weather or delays with delivery from a supplier.

The earliest expected ship date of the product is displayed. Please note that the shipment is made after completion of payment.

Order before 12 p.m. (JST) for same-day-shipping.

The expected shipment date for back-ordered products is displayed based on the cutoff time for each order.
Please check this date in the search results.

With direct orders you can specify delivery dates up to 5 business days after shipment becomes possible. With RFQs you can specify delivery dates up to 5 business days after the expected shipment date stipulated in the quotation reply. You can specify the delivery date from the order page. If you have any other requests, please enter it into the comments section when placing your order.

Delivery method

1. Chip One Stop designated courier
2. Customer designated courier – Shipping fees as determined by your contracted courier.
*Free shipping does not apply when using your own account.

Customers can have multiple products ordered at once be shipped collectively in one shipment. Our ship date will be according to the latest ship date for all the products. Multiple orders cannot be made into a single shipment.

Separate delivery is when multiple products ordered at once are delivered separately in order of earliest scheduled delivery date for each product.
As these products will be delivered by the scheduled delivery date of each order number detail, a shipping fee will be charged for each shipment.

Products that are available for same-day-shipping can be shipped the day of order if orders are made by 12:00 PM (JST).

Change delivery settings

If the order has not been shipped yet and the method of payment selected is by Credit Account (Net 30), it is possible to make changes. You can change the shipping address as well as make changes such as dividing shipments, delivery date and request bulk delivery. Please make any of these changes from your order history. *Credit Account (Net 30) requires application in advance. See here for details. Changes cannot be made on this website if a different payment method has been selected. In cases of emergency, please contact Chip One Stop customer support (+81-45-470-8771) (Operating hours: From 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Japan time on Chip One Stop business days).

If you order multiple products that have different shipping dates, it is possible to have each product delivered from earliest shipping date (separate shipping). However, there is a shipping fee for each separate shipment.

Customers can also choose to ship in a single shipment according to the latest shipping date. Please select whether to ship separately or in bulk when placing an order. For further information regarding shipping please refer to our user guide.

Shipping fee

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charge. In addition, the customer is also responsible for paying sales tax, VAT, customs duty, and customs charges (Incoterms: FCA shipping place).
All duties, taxes and brokerage fees will be due at time of delivery.

Bulk delivery is when multiple products ordered at once are collected into a single delivery. Our shipping date will be adjusted in accordance with the latest shipping date. Multiple orders, however, cannot be made into a single delivery.
