How to place orders

1. Find Parts & Add to Cart
Select from over 21 million parts from our database, with up to date pricing and stock information.

2. Checkout Procedure
Our check out process has been made simple, allowing you to select from a variety of payment and shipping options.

3. Submit Payment & Order
Provisioning of orders will not commence until payment is received or confirmed.
Credit Card – Please ensure that you have sufficient credit on the card and that international transactions are pre-authorized with your credit card provider to reduce any delays in payment authorization.
TT Transfers – Please allow up to 4 working days for us to confirm payment via TT Transfer.
Ali Pay – Available for HK and Chinese customers only.

4. Order Submitted
Depending on the details of your order, our team will be working to allocating relevant stock to your order. As some parts may be sourced from one of our partnered suppliers, please allow up to 2-3 working days for us to confirm stock availability and allocation of stock to your order. Please be aware that at this stage, Chip One Stop cannot yet guarantee stock allocation to your order and is solely dependent on stock availability with our partnered suppliers. In the event that stock is no longer available, we will notify you with the following options: make adjustments to your order, keep on back order or cancel the order.

5. Order Accepted
Provisioning has now been completed. Stock has either been allocated to your order and awaiting shipment or an order has been placed on one of our trusted suppliers. From this stage onwards, orders cannot be cancelled as per our cancellation policy.

6. Order Shipped
Your order is now complete and the goods are on its way to your designated shipping address. Tracking details will be provided via email. Please be reminded that as all shipments are made on FCA terms, please ensure that you are ready to provide any additional information required for customs clearance once contacted by your respective customs authorities.

Please click the “Add to Cart” button on the search results or product details page. Once a product is in your shopping cart it will be saved there for up to 7 days.

You can order from a quotation by either of the following ways:

A. From the quotations web page
(1) My Page > Click on quote details on the quote history page
(2) Click on “Quotes available for order” on the top right of the page

B. From the quotation email
You can place an order on the Chip One Stop website by clicking on the URL within the quotation e-mail.

If you upload your Bill of Materials (BOM) straight to the web, you can order in bulk and RFQ by each BOM.

The bookmark function allows you to bookmark (save as a favorite) frequently ordered products. Price information is updated in real time.
Click the “☆+” icon to add a product as a bookmark.

When placing an order/RFQ for a product, confirm the product’s information from your bookmarks and directly add it to your shopping cart or RFQ cart.

Products handled

Chip One Stop, using a product database of more than 20 million items and an inventory of more than 4 million items available for instant shipping, speedily responds to various customer needs such as prototyping/development, procurement of a wide variety of products in small quantities, and in cases of emergencies. Product classification is also quite divers from semiconductors and electronic parts, to control devices, equipment, FA products, expendable items, specialty books, various types of downloadable reports, Chip One Stop has all sorts of products related to manufacturing.

As a procurement service website, Chip One Stop will source semiconductor and standard electronic components mounted on printed circuit boards from any manufacturer upon a customer’s request. If you want to search for a product from a particular manufacturer, please proceed from the Search by Manufacturer tab. We have specialty stores for manufacturer, manufacturer pickups, and a manufacturer list.

Since the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) differs depending on the product, please check the search results in each case. If the MOQ is “1” and the “Add to Cart” button is displayed, it means the minimum quantity you can order is one. The MOQ for quoted products may differ depending on stock. Please enter the requested quantity as “1” in the RFQ cart and request a quotation, and we will inform you of the MOQ in the quotation we provide. (*Quotations are valid for 10 days. Please place orders as soon as possible before the expiration date as the price and conditions may change.)

Orders can be completed right away on the Chip One Stop website. With quotations, especially if there are desired conditions, or if the product is not in stock, Chip One Stop will ask you make a RFQ and our internal sales department will search for the product and provide a quotation sot that members can then place an order from their quotation page. Products where the “Add to Cart” is an option can order said product without making a RFQ.

Process from order to delivery

Once you have confirmed the product you wish to purchase from your search results, click the “Add to Cart” button. You can specify quantity from your search results or from your shopping cart. Follow the steps stipulated in your shopping cart and select payment method and shipping address to complete your order. Once your order has been completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. If you have selected “TT in advance (bank transfer)” as method of payment, you will be instructed on where to make the payment.
Your product will be shipped once payment has been confirmed. Product will be shipped once shipment is prepared or by the requested shipping date. On the day your product has been shipped, a notification e-mail will be sent including a URL that will allow you to track the status of your shipment. (Please confirm the tracking number for a delivery by going to your Order History page.)

We will ship after confirmation of payment regardless of the expected shipping date shown in the search results. If you are in a hurry, please consider other payment methods where payment will be made as soon as possible (Credit card, Credit account [account transaction] * Application required in advance).

Chip One Stop will send an order completion notification e-mail once an order has been confirmed. Once an order has been confirmed, product procurement will begin, but if we run out of stock at this point or if we cannot make deliver according to the conditions stipulated, you will be notified immediately.

No. Even if you add a product to your shopping cart, the product is not secured until your order has been completed. If you add a product to your shopping cart after logging in, it will be saved in your cart for up to seven days, however, the price and delivery date may change. Once you have added a product to your shopping cart, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.

Please check the status of your delivery from the URL listed in the shipping notification e-mail sent after your product has been shipped. (You can also find your delivery tracking number from your order history page.)

Delivery date/Delivery

If the order has not been shipped yet and the method of payment selected is by Credit Account (Net 30), it is possible to make changes. You can change the shipping address as well as make changes such as dividing shipments, delivery date and request batch delivery. Please make any of these changes from your order history. *Credit Account (Net 30) requires application in advance. See here for details. Changes cannot be made on this website if a different payment method has been selected. Invoice

Invoices are provided with all orders, either by shipping along with the product or sent separately to the member’s registered address (specified at the time of order). If using TT in advance (bank transfer) and you need the invoice before shipment is made, you can download the invoice by going to your My Page > Order History order details page and click on the “Download Invoice” button.

Change order content

If the order has not been shipped yet and the method of payment selected is by Credit Account (Net 30), it is possible to make changes. You can change the shipping address as well as make changes such as dividing shipments, delivery date and request batch delivery. Please make any of these changes from your order history.

If you place an order on this website, the order will be confirmed once we have sent the order completion e-mail. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.

Chip One Stop will inform you of discounts from time to time.
